The initial consultation includes a complete history and review of symptoms. We discuss health optimization, including diet, exercise, and supplements. We also introduce you to bioidentical hormones (BHRT), and how they can be helpful to your current stage in life, and what to expect from your customized plan.

This visit is more than just a testosterone consultation, as our initial lab panel covers in-depth hormones, vitamins, thyroid, and other essential values to get a holistic view of how to best manage your health. We can briefly discuss additional services, such as weight management, aesthetics, and sexual wellness, if interested. You will also receive a complimentary copy of Dr. Neil Rouzier’s booklet, “Natural Hormone Replacement Therapy for Men and Women” (a $19.99 value).

Approximately 2 weeks after your initial labs, your provider will thoroughly discuss all your lab results, explaining what they mean for your hormone optimization. Together, we review all treatment options and identify what is the best fit for YOU, as this is not a one-size-fits-all regimen. You’ll also receive a personalized care plan with education tailored to your specific goals, including guidance on proper supplementation, medication use, and advice on exercise routines.

Lab reviews are scheduled once you’ve achieved hormone optimization, allowing us to make any minor adjustments if necessary. During these reviews, we discuss how you’re feeling, check in with your goals and needs, and tailor your care plan specifically to you. Includes discussion of all recent labs, review of symptoms, and medication/supplement renewals.

We offer discounts for active first responders and military personnel. Proof of service is required at the first appointment to qualify.
